- Kindly allow us 3 to 7 working days for your items to be shipped, most of the orders are shipped same day from our side.
- The delivery timelines depends on several factors beyond our control and usually it takes around 7 days for the same to be delivered so kindly be patient.
- We shall provide you the courier details after your order has been dispatched.
- We request all our customers to do not accept open letters, envelopes or parcels from courier delivery personnel as we pack all orders neatly and then only dispatch.
- We may send all the items via a traceable national courier service provider but preferably we shall also use other service providers according to the area of your order.
- We dispatch via professional service providers and courier aggregators like Fedex / Delhivery / Ecom Express / Aramex / Dtdc / Firstflight Courier Service preferably or
any other provider according to pincodes. - As we do not provide any Cash on Delivery Services through this portal, kindly do not pay the courier guy any amount for your orders deliveries.
- Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.
